FAQs
Do I need a promo code to claim the KoalaBet welcome bonus?
No promo code is required. The 100% deposit match applies automatically once you register and make your first deposit.
What happens if I do not meet the wagering requirement in time?
Bonus funds and any related winnings are removed from your account after 30 days if wagering is not completed. Your own deposited funds remain unaffected and stay available for withdrawal.
Can I withdraw my deposit while a bonus is active?
An early withdrawal of your original deposit cancels the remaining bonus funds before you complete the wagering requirement. Any winnings generated from the bonus up to that point are also forfeited.
Can I hold more than one active bonus at a time?
KoalaBet allows one active bonus per account at a time. Complete or forfeit your current bonus before activating another promotion such as the weekly reload or cashback offer.
